Good work bro! You sound like an old real pro already. Can't wait to taste some of that pure-Devon beef.

Excellent read, sounds like you have a grasp of the business. Can't wait to get an invite to taste that good Devon steak.

Just found your site and thought to add a comment. We raised South Devon cattle in Newton County, Arkansas for 6 years before my husband had a fall and broke both legs. We were out of the cattle business for 15 years but now have a small, 55 acre place in Malvern, AR with good water and good pasture and bought 11 registered South Devon heifers last fall. 10 have calved and all are doing great, one yet to calve. We don't know of any other South Devon heards near us, but since you have a similar breed, we thought we might get acquainted and share stories from time to time. You mentioned having a Farm Day at your place. Since we are close, we would love to visit some time and have you do the same.
Blessings
